As part of the sales agreement, KCPS and UC, Inc. have entered into a 利益的协议 with the 温德尔·菲利普斯 Neighborhood Association (WPNA) to ensure that KCPS stakeholders, neighborhood residents and UNI’s target neighborhoods also benefit from the redevelopment of the site. Benefits include shared neighborhood office spaces and storage for UNI’s 10 target neighborhoods, preservation of green space, workforce development and tenant collaborations with the WPNA.
