• Student’s birth certificate

居住权证词

请注意: If providing a residency affidavit, the Head of Household must provide one item from the Proof of Residency list #1 in their name 和 the Parent/Guardian must provide one item from the Proof of Residency list #2 in their name.

如何开始

1. 登录 家长门户
   使用您现有的用户名和密码。

2. 浏览网上报名
   在左侧菜单中，选择：
   更多b>在线注册

3. 选择学年
   Click “Start” next to the school year you wish to enroll your new student for.

4. 开始注册
   完成请求的信息并单击 “Begin Registration.”

5. 保存你的申请编号
   把它写下来，以防以后需要返回应用程序。

6. 完成所有章节
   完成每一部分，直到最后。

7. 提交注册
   Click “Submit” to finalize your application.

After submitting your registration, you’ll receive a confirmation email.

我们的招生团队将审核您的申请。 If additional information is needed, we’ll contact you directly.

学校记录要求
Students 不能上课 until we receive their 正式学校记录 from their previous school. 这有助于我们：

• 准确安置学生
• 支持他们的学习需求
• 确保安全平稳的过渡
• 遵守州法律

Once a records request is made, the student’s prior school has up to 5 business days to send the records.

例外: 无家可归的学生，来自美国以外的学生，或者那些有个性化教育计划（IEP）的学生可以豁免。

学生入学日期通知
Once all required documents and records are received and processed, your child’s school will contact you directly to confirm their 正式开始日期.
